ReefCI are currently focusing on the lionfish problem that has hit the Caribbean and especially us in Belize. We are educating our guests on the problem and teaching them to catch (with spear or net and slate) the fish and then how to correctly and safely remove the poisonous spines, analyse their stomach contents and then cook them.
